Not sure which one you need?
The honest answer is that the service name matters far less than three things: how much you are getting rid of, how heavy it is, and where the container can sit. Get those right and the rest follows.
A kitchen gut and a garage clearout might both be a 15 yard. A single-layer roof tear-off on a modest ranch and a load of broken sidewalk both fit in a 10 yard, but for completely different reasons — one is volume-limited, the other is weight-limited.
That is exactly the conversation we have on the phone all day. Tell us what you can see in front of you and we will name the size, the rate and the delivery slot.

Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge different rates for different services?
The rate is driven by container size, weight allowance and how far we drive — not by what we call the job. A 20 yard for a roof tear-off and a 20 yard for a basement cleanout are priced the same way. The exception is clean heavy material like concrete, which uses a dedicated smaller container and a different weight structure.
Can one container handle a mixed job?
Usually yes. Mixed household junk, furniture, non-hazardous construction debris, wood, drywall and carpet can all go in together. What cannot mix is clean heavy inert material — concrete, brick, block and dirt need their own dedicated load, both for the truck's sake and so it can be recycled rather than landfilled.
Do you offer swap-outs on longer projects?
Yes, and it is the standard arrangement for contractors. We can run scheduled swaps so a fresh container arrives as the full one leaves, which keeps crews working. Roofers and restoration companies in McLean County typically book a slot for the week and we work around their tear-off schedule.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No minimum beyond the delivery itself. Seven days is included in the flat rate, but if you fill a container in an afternoon just call and we will collect it — often the next day. Some customers deliberately do a fast fill and early pickup so the driveway is clear for the weekend.
Do you handle commercial and municipal accounts?
We do. Property managers, contractors, retail and industrial sites and local government work all run through the same trucks. Commercial accounts get certificates of insurance, consolidated invoicing, negotiated volume rates and priority scheduling during peak season.
